"On Fri 9-May-14, while in route from Philadelphia to Fontana Dam, NC, in pouring rain, the front wheel bearing on my GL1800 failed about 22 miles north on I-81.The event was upsetting but the staff at Mark 4 were so calm and willing to "take me in" that no matter what they would find, it would somehow be ok. Complications presented were dealt with thought through options and in a matter of an hour or 2, I was again on my way. Thanks to the technician and staff!! "

"Blew the rear tire on my 1200 Goldwing on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. These folks hooked me up with a towing service that was set up to haul bikes, RC Towing, had the exact tire in stock, dropped the work that they had going and not only changed and balanced my tire, but also inspected the hub, greased what was needed, and took the time to do it right. They were even a guy short but did not just blow me out the door. The bike handles better than it has for years, and I made it back to MN on Saturday night, 1085 miles in 17 1/2 hours. THANK YOU!"

"Well, I bought a Roadliner (without my wife's knowledge!!!)....then informed her about it.....(Left it @ the dealership for a couple of weeks afterwards). She finally rode with me and guess what!!!!!! We now have another V-Star, for her, in less than a year!!!!!! The sells staff is "Top Shelf". (They also helped her get 'ME' (he-he) some 'bling' (chrome) for my birthday)! We jioned a local MC Club and since, the President also bought a MC here. Great job folks! "
